Planned Community Work

Information relating to any individual Community Owner, or notification of planned Community work, can be posted here.

For example: The Owner of Property No.4, is planning to have the external areas of the property renovated and painted, using the agreed Community colour, for external painting. The work is planned to commence,week beggining 1 December 2026, and is planned to be completed within one week.

For example: The Fumigation of the external Community areas, is planned to be performed on Friday, 20 November 2026, from 11:00 hrs. to 12:30hrs. It is recommended that Children and Animal Pets are kept indoors, while the fumigation process is being performed.

Planned Community Developments

Information relating to the implementation of a development, that will benefit the Community.

For example: Work is currently underway to establish a technical solution that can be implemented, to ensure if the Community encounters an incoming Mains Power Failure, the Community Gate will remain operational.
