HT Administration
The day-to-day administrative aspects of the Community, are managed through HT Administration.
They are responsible for the management of all Legal and Contractual issues, related to the operation and annual maintenance of the Community.
All Owners within the Community are required to pay a monthly management fee for the provision of the Administration Service.
